Pros

Vacation time, associates, customers, hours are ok for the most part.

Cons

Pay, understaffed, coupons. Because of BFS you will never be able to travel for thanksgiving.

why i left

Pros

only 40 hours a week compared to a salaried job

Cons

can't think for yourself. They want you to come in at midnight,2-3am. after closing the day before. very high pressure to sell the programs (ext service and inside track club).
