Poor Managemnt, they dont know how to lead Cheap products = cheap labor Part timers dont get much hours nor get the "opportunity" as they state to get promoted They expect high standards for an individual who does the jobs of 2 or 3

Unrealistic goals to to achieve on most days. Practically force to get sensitive information from customers to meet goals and numbers of the week.
