Pros

Nice boss, good co-workers, store hours aren't long, wages became better. Warranty and Inside Track Club membership bonuses. 401K for part time employees over 21.

Cons

Favoritism, horrible hours when sales slow down. The hours you get depend upon your sales, which doesn't help your sales go up if you can't be there to make them. Annoying policy changes, not permitting us to do certain things that made our jobs easier. Not letting us do closing announcements so we can leave sooner. Customers don't want warranties (ESPs) or memberships (ITCs). It's a waste of time and energy.

Pros

company has great bonus structure for the store managers and several selling incentives for the hourly employees. Overall the company is very operationally sound and very structured.

Cons

Assistant managers don't get the same bonus incentives as the store managers, this creates low morale with the team. Hourly associates mainly cashiers get most of the selling spiffs.
