Ok programs. Commission were good on bigger deals.

Cons

Commission only. Very low residuals. Management does not care. Took all sales team off Salary. No warnings!

Opportunities for overtime, hours are there!

Cons

Scale of pay for the amount of work you have to do isn't enough. management needs management training/hr training. Management isn't capable of teaching a group of adults. Certain departments have a lack of training programs. High occupational stress for minimal benefits. After an annual review you either get no raise or .25 cents raise.
