Growing company Game room Open plan Location (downtown)... great view of Lake Mendota Exciting projects Fun atmosphere Relaxed policies

Cons

There aren't really any cons to me. Parking can be tough but that's typical for the area. The in building food service could be a bit better as well.

Pros

Excellent atmosphere. Fantastic work environment. The office space is ideal for programming or just to hang out. People at the office get along well and less cut throat than other companies.

Cons

Deadlines are not fun but really never are. It would be nice if there were free soda but the Bluefies next door helps.
