Pros

Laid back culture, let you work on big projects even as an intern, always make sure you understand your job

Cons

Most of growing opportunities come from Mobile.

Interning in this position is not what is expected

Pros

Lunch and learns (aka free lunch), some great people, very understanding, fast pace

Cons

Interns do drafting (not engineering work or even relatively close), attend an "optional" monthly safety meeting that mostly doesn't cover safety and get scalded when you don't attend but you can't charge it to your timesheet because they feed you lunch(???), some people do not know how to communicate, they do not treat interns with respect like unpaid holidays (even though you work full time), and underpaid.
