Pros

It is definitely a family and well respected company. They treat everyone equal and quality is their motto.

Cons

Employees sometimes have difficulty communicating with each other between departments on certain projects, sometimes resulting in a late deadline or promised bid date.

There is a do flexible schedule. There seems to be good people. The office is nice and laid back. No one seems overworked.

Cons

A lot of the work is boring and not very challenging. The advancement seems limited. I work in a soul crushing cubicle.
