Low salary. Raises are tiny. Techs in the field frustrated with supposedly 'refurbished' replacement parts being sent out to them that are bad upon install. Being sent to work on equipment you've never seen before so you spend frustrating hours on the phone with tech support.

Extremely limited growth opportunities, and insulting raises. If you can negotiate a good starting salary, then that is your best bet since raises are generally an across the board 2% or some years have no raise at all. This means those who start at a low wage will not keep up with cost of living increases. Some people still work hard because of personal work ethic, but there is an overall vibe that many people have given up on trying since it doesn't seem to matter. Otherwise it is a decent place to gain some experience.
