"Great gig if you can get it" - NOT

Pros

Great company for techs who want to work 10 hours for 8 hours pay. The training for new techs isn't bad if you like 4 months in Omaha. Job Security is good because they can't find anyone to hire so they make up these great reviews. As long as you don't screw up royally, your job is secure.

Cons

Salary and benefits aren't that great for the workload you will be carrying in this area since they are always short staffed. Vacation time is good if you can get it scheduled when you want it. You will be mostly working on old printers and old PC's with some new stuff on occasion. Be prepared to spend lots of time on hold waiting for support to help you out. Don't bother making any suggestions to management to improve anything because they don't listen to their employees. Also, there is no opportunity for advancement unless you want to move to Nebraska.

Pros

Great company for motivated, driven techs. Great training and support for the field. Job security is great, lot's of autonomy, good management team and fair salary and benefits. There's a reason most of my co workers have been here 20 plus years.

Cons

Sometimes a little to conservative when it comes to making changes
