      Pros

      All around great company to work for. It is not a bother coming to work everyday, you actually enjoy it. Has a very laid back overall feel. You are given free time and can make your own schedule, but if there is a deadline you better hit it. Pay is very good as is the benefits. Relocation package was very helpful as well.

      Cons

      Fast paced. Management is constantly in meetings. Can make learning all of the ins and outs of the company a little difficult. Everyone is very nice and people who are not on your team will help as much as possible.
