      Pros

      okay pay, easy jobs Working in some areas are nice while others can be very hectic.

      Cons

      Horrible hours. They hire only if they like you, You have to be a superstar to be a assembler. Reviews are based on peoples opinions, not on how you really work. Union SUCKS! No Representation. You pay union dues and never get a penny for any holiday. They cant even help people who want a job. Environment , disgruntled co workers and rude people.

      Pros

      Great pay & benefits. The people are great, very friendly and helpful. Out of work activities are available like bowling, or other activities.

      Cons

      A little mandatory overtime in summer when nessisary, but they also get a slow time & there's usually talk of layoff.
