Pros

Design cool products while working with talented people. Use a wide variety of skills. No day is ever boring. Work from home most of the week.

Cons

Fast pace and high pressure product delivery schedule. We haven't had a decent raise in many years. Staff designers can't get promotions. Early morning or late night meetings with overseas suppliers.

The product is still fun as motorcycles are essentially toys, and there is a ton of unique engineering opportunities to work on.

Cons

The senior management of the company has lost its way in terms of leadership. There is no understanding or real passion for the roots of the company or product, and worse than that they have lost all respect and value for their employees... we have become an expense item in their eyes.
