      great brand good people for the most part.

      Cons

      Things have changed so much there, benefits (health Insu.) suck, workers are no longer no longer valued like they say. If you like to work every weekend this is the place for you. But don't worry Leadership will be home with their family's. Gotta run is the new slogan for hourly people.

      The BEST customer and great product - cool image to work at HD - can wear jeans to work - fitness center and cafeteria - always busy

      Cons

      Lack of solid decision making results in a lot of rework - four rounds of work force reductions have resulted in high workload for those who remain - no transition planning in last work force reduction - politics - morale
