The atmosphere and work environment is great. Most of the people that work there care and are wonderful to work with. The benefits package is solid and the work facility itself is great. It is a very casual place to work, not just the attire you wear, but most people are casual so the titles and hierarchy are not apparent (there are a few people that don't follow this, but most people do). Most areas of the company are good with work/life balance.

Cons

Sometimes things can get bogged down in middle management. This can cause situations where you have to hurry up and wait and then that will be followed by a frenzy to get things done. Accountability is very limited. A person can easily cover up the fact that they are performing at a low level by blinding the upper management with BS. Some areas of the company are very busy and require a lot of extra time.

Cons

Still quite a few facets of the business that are out of touch with the rest of the company. Slowing industry, relies too heavily on brand legacy.
