The people really are great, there is a lot of flexibility and emphasis on freedom.

Cons

Management is horrible. There is so much concentration on image that it takes over, the window dressing of continuous improvement hides the fact it takes a committee to decide to change the names on the conference rooms. Contractors are nearly invisible and treated as second class. Nepotism is rampant. if you do not have a strong supporter in management before you interview, keep your expectations low
