      Pros

      Excellent people, great fitness place, above average beni's fair pay. A great place for a starting engineer. Good discount on bikes and accessories. If your in the right spot can be a lot of fun.

      Cons

      work load expectations are not realistic. Good process in place that is usually not followed . Fast track work is always required. Asking for help is encouraged and punished . Not a good place for experienced engineers that have Not been taugh the Harley way.
