      Pros

      Iconic brand that is recognized worldwide for being a cool product and promoting a open road lifestyle. Safety and quality have been built up over the past few decades to an extremely high level from both the product and process used to manufacture them. System driven company. Pride in workmanship is still high.

      Cons

      Changes made are EVOLUTIONARY instead of Revolutionary due to their aversion to risk. System thinking is driving repeating of same lessons learned over the years. Pride in workmanship is dwindling.
