Cool image to tell people you work for Harley Davidson, customers are loyal to the brand, benefits used to be good.

Cons

Office culture has made a 180 degree change, outsourcing every job they can to save a buck, their loyalty to this new vendor is driving the marketable employees away. They take the word of the contractor over a long time employee. Lots of legal issues right now in news

15 years 1st 10 years were GREAT, next 5 years are HELL.

Nothing worth mentioning since the transition.

Cons

HD culture destroyed, no life balance. Leadership is extremely poor/nonexistant. Executive arrogance is only overshadowed by their excessive compensation, bad decision making, and misleading public disclosures.
