      In the 15 years that I worked there I have seen this company go from being a great place to work to just another job.

      Pros

      Great co-workers and a wonderful opportunity to learn many business aspects of manufacturing.

      Cons

      They took away all of the great benefits that made working for Harley-Davidson such a great job. It is a shame that they stopped listening to the floor personnel and concentrated more on making money for upper management.

      Pros

      Great people and product. Fun to work customer events. Good benefits and great discount on motorcycles and accessories.

      Cons

      Most of the time work comes first. Focused on financial performance. Not as family friendly as before current CEO. Not good at new product development outside of current product line. Youth is valued over experience. Decisions are made by consensus all the time. Even at the detriment to the product.
