The company WAS a great place to work. You used to feel like you were an important part of the family. Now you feel like the scared red headed stepchild of the family. Way too many upper management and bean counters. It's ALL about the stock price now. Employee involvement is almost non existent. If the company could get robotic androids to do the work, they would. Not real interested in suggestions. Just make sure you don't get hurt, or are late for work. They are looking for every reason to try and eliminate higher paid union worker, and replace them with temps, and casual workers at half the price.

communication is horrible,way too much middle management Balancing personal life and work isnt flexible,mandatoried over 50+hrs weekly This company is all about the dollar and upper management is not in touch with employees or customers Other then the V-rod company makes the same old same old with very little changes Highly skilled workers have been forced out or better jobs are out there to feel appreciated A company that once worked very well between salaried and hourly workers has now become salaried versus union! Benefits and pension have been eliminated or have escalated to very high deductibles
