      Good pay and benifits Skilled work force

      Cons

      Harley used to listen to it's people not any more,just do what your told even if you know it's not right then you get blamed when things don't go right. 100m to consolidate the plant,closed Buell instead of selling 125m 600m borrowed at 15% More VPs. 45 and counting. And now its time to go after the workers to save money what a joke we still are turning a profit even in bad times. Better realize what a skilled work force you have
