great experience and great atmosphere. I loved the "attitude" that the company had would recommend it to any and all college students that could apply.

Cons

Provided living accommodations we 35-40 mins away from work. Makes it hard for out of state interns to enjoy the city.

Great company reputation, excellent pay, great learning opportunity

Cons

No benefits for interns, some managers can play favorites (however there are many different departments so it's probably different for every department), unlikely to get hired on after internship

Pros

It's very enjoyable and satisfying if you like motorcycles and dealing with people regularly. There are many "fun" aspects to working for H-D as in seeing many beautiful bikes regularly and helping people achieve what they envision as their "dream motorcycle.

Cons

The monetary compensation for helping people "achieve" their dream bike. After helping the company reap many thousands of dollars from an individual or group of individuals, you don't receive any compensation nor even a pat on the back. I could see if you were a standard employee and "just doing your job" tripling your salary in sales to justify keeping you on board, but if you are an over-achiever who does more than that....this isn't the place for you.
