Pros

Delivery Focused IT Company, thats rare for government contracting companies. Heavy Emphasis on Agile Processes. Company cares deeply about employees, even for a relatively small company, offers benefits that are comparable to much larger companies.

Cons

They only have one large contract in KS so unless they grow (they are trying) career opportunities seem limited without having to move

Pros

I have been working for Harmonia for eight months now. I like working here because it is fast paced and at the end of the day you feel productive. I feel great to be a part of an intelligent, hard working and a very helpful team. Benefits are good and they have good training programs too.

Cons

Thankfully, I don't have any so far.

Above average compensation, awesome benefits, great management, open work environment. I have to say, i really really like working here. The one great thing is the management never gives you BS - its always straight talk. And they give bonuses!

Cons

Health benefit costs went up significantly this year, but i guess that isn't their fault.
