great company if you only want to work part time

Pros
Everybody is very friendly. Employees take pride in keeping the store nice.
Cons
Very difficult to become a full time employee. Depending on who your store director is, it can be very difficult to move up into management. The first store director I worked with liked to promote from within. The second store director I worked with liked to hire from outside the company. Not really fair to those who had been there for many years trying to move up.
