Pros

Stable, family owned and locally operated company. Lots of opportunities and growth for those willing to work hard and support the organization.

Cons

Some growing pains, but nothing that can't be fixed and adjusted. I really can't think of anything else that would be a con right now.

Pros

Great working environment with enthusiastic co-workers. They will send you to training classes on various topics which are very helpful. Also, they pay extra if you are willing to work on Sundays. Good company culture, you really feel as though you are part of the family.

Cons

There aren't really many things that were "bad" about this job, the scheduling of hours didn't always leave me with the most desired work times (but that's life).

Pros

I genuinely like stocking shelves. It's fast paced and fun. I kinda like the shift although I'd prefer graveyard.

Cons

Where to begin? The benefits have gotten really stingy. The dental insurance is garbage. I haven't had a cost of living raise in 9 years. Management expects too much from too few people. They don't want to hire anybody new and put too much on the "lifers." Corporate is a joke. They've all forgotten where they come from. Do not try to move up. They will beat you into the ground.
