Pros

Decent Insurance. Good 401k. Supports local growers and merchants. Great assortment of products.

Cons

The corporate office constantly contradicts themselves. Acts as if they are a huge corporation when in all actuality they are only 15 store and haven't expanded out of Utah. No longer have that Family feel like it used to.

Pros

Fun atmosphere in an innovative, high volume, high end grocery store featuring the industry's best fresh foods. Customers are passionate about shopping there.

Cons

Managers are under pressure to maximize sales and profits, and the average tenure is not very long. Most associates enjoy their jobs more than the managers do.
