The people are fun and welcoming. The camaraderie is incredible, and it never really felt like work when I was there.

Cons

Well there are always bad eggs in every company. But I do not think that those couple of people reflect on my entire experience at Harmons.

Pros

They actually care about you as a person and not just as a means for profit. They encourage you to talk to and get to know your customers and fellow employees and they work with you on scheduling and give you the training you need. They want you to succeed.

Cons

If you don't show interest in what you're doing and work to improve yourself or put in for moving to other positions you don't move anywhere...which isn't really a con about the company I guess but really the only thing I can think of actually.
