Pros

pay is better then most grocery stores, many locations and are willing to move you to other deparments

Cons

they dont have set schedules for full time employees only part time workers. they always dangle management postions (salary pay 60-70 hour weeks but 100k salary) but want to see how much your willing to give up to get the managment position. they also think that its impossible to get a 10/10 and are required to give you feedback of improvement.

Discount on on gasoline purchased through Harmons.

Cons

Was encouraged to work through breaks, promised a raise after completing training but training was scheduled by the employer and was never received, forced to schedule appointments with a Harmons doctor instead of my private physician and then had to pay for appointments myself, denied workmen's comp because not work related injury and then denied short term disability insurance because was work related injury. High turnover as a result of terrible employee treatment and compensation.
