- Fantastic opportunity to be amongst the pioneers in a new market with Harness "Intelligent Software Delivery Platform" - Solid competitive advantages and a platform that is evolving really fast - Great place to learn and improve the sales process (MEDDIC, 3 Whys, ...) while having a good autonomy and without micro-management - Transparency at all level, everyone is accountable and very supportive, no internal push backs or useless challenges ... everybody wants to get Ship done !

Cons

The journey is going great, no downside so far !
