      Pros

      Strong Roadmap and Business Focus. Transparent comms, everyone gets to see the companies progress in detail.

      Cons

      Split between 3 timezones (India, US & EMEA) - Although in Engineering there is a focus to decouple work in a timezone which is great.

      They pay well but money isn’t everything

      Cons

      For the pay they expect too much. Very long days, excessive requirements and unrealistic expectations. Always starts with, ‘it will only take a few extra minutes’
