Harness has an incredible culture filled with transparency, leadership support around growth, collaboration, and fun!!! The leadership team communicates very well on the present and future, open to feedback, and values transparency. The growth path at Harness is insane. Top leadership support and encourage developmental career growth. Whether that’s within your department, or in other parts of the organization. Some of the highest level leaders partner with some of the lowest level individuals to help them succeed in their career goals. The way Marketing, Operations, Sales, HR, Finance, etc work together is something I’ve never experienced before. The collaboration across all departments, everyone jumps in to help one another in any way possible. Even in the trying times 2020 brought us, Harness leadership and HR have went above and beyond to encourage engagement, fun, and make sure there is limited burnout. Friday’s off each month, fun virtual activities (murder mystery, bartender events, drag queen bingo, fitness classes, escape rooms, etc). They’ve done such an amazing job focusing on employees, and put us first.
