      Pros

      Some of the smart people you will work with. Apart from that I don't see any pros working here.

      Cons

      Worst work life balance. They will make you work like slave. You will see pretty of 5 star ratings on glassdoor. Don't fall for it. HRs literally hound you to give 5 star ratings. The leadership level people think that you are a slave and make you work for 16 hrs. Came to know that someone got hospitalized due to very high work pressure and later after a month got to know that the trend is still continuing. Don't join this company if you love spending time with your family & friends because once you join they will make you their slave.

      Pros

      Being a part of a start up taking off like Harness means great equity, innovative thinkers and a fast promotion track of you do well.

      Cons

      The innovation is often with the bottom line in mind, not necessarily the employees. Either go with the flow or drown.
