Transparent and friendly culture, which really helps with the fast pace and the common goal of building great products and a great company

Cons

Sometimes communications can be a bit challenging due to the pace and remote working. But, the passion towards the common purpose overcomes such minor inconveniences

Pros

Smart, amazing, talented coworkers who get things done and think critically about anything we do. The leadership cares about employees and goes the extra mile to hear employees. Working with the CTO has been an amazing experience as he is both technically and strategically involved in the future direction of the products. The company has implemented a once-a-month company-wide Friday shutdown to help employees during COVID. This is a great initiative.

Cons

There are growing pains due to the success of the company. I strongly believe the management is capable of handling them.
