      Hard to get a better company than this, period.

      Pros

      - You won't feel your job becoming monotonous. - Constantly challenges are being thrown at you. - Great salary, good exposure and great transparency. - Leadership is very transparent in conveying their decisions, and explain why they did and what they did.

      Cons

      - Multi-module architecture of product, can sometime feel overwhelming. - Whether you are engineer or manager, you need to keep up your game all the time, you might be moved around frequently to make good use of your potential. You can consider it a pros or cons depending upon what you think about it. But in start-up strategic decision do take precedence over everything. - Work life balance can be challenging to maintain, again a marker of a company which is growing and competing in hard-fought market.
