      Pros

      Very cool, cutting edge product. This company is trying to solve such a complex problem. I'm surrounded by top talent. Management is very forward-thinking. Excellent work/life balance for such a young startup.

      Cons

      Not much. Typical startup growing pains, but everyone including management recognizes that and are serious about addressing it.

      - Being a part of one of the fastest growing start ups in the Bay Area allows you to be in a high growth environment -Lots of responsibility from day one -Full transparency from management to all employees -Management truly cares about feedback from employees and about their personal growth -Office is a fun and exciting place to be, makes you want to come to work every day. Lots of food!

      Pros

      If you're looking for a place where you can really sink your teeth in, gain great experience, work with the best in the industry, and be apart of something that is literally changing how software gets done...Harness is the place to be.

      Cons

      Early still pretty early (approx 2 years), so lack of process, and growing pains are to be expected. However, everyone is inspired and motivated by the massive opportunity ahead of us to overcome these issues.
