Cons

There is a misalignment in the market on what pain can be removed with CD and how it's done. Some organisations believed they have solved challenges with CD, explaining they haven't can be challenging.

-The vision for Harness is ground breaking. Nobody else in the market is doing this. -The product is phenomenal & improves daily (seriously, the product team is dogfooding Harness & pushing out daily improvements). I've never seen anything like it. -Culture is outstanding. Competitive but still collaborative where everyone is lifting each other up.

Cons

-Small company = add'l responsibility outside of job role. Not really a con but be ready to get your hands in things you may not normally touch in bigger companies.
