CEO believes in transparency in company, every quarter all the details related to sales or future goals are being shared with the employees. 2: Management and Leaders will always help you to keep growing and learning in your career. 3: Company giving good perks

Cons

1: Harness is fast growing startup and because of that sometimes work is hectic but management is keep trying to improve work life balance. 2: Salary is competitive for the freshers but not for the experienced forks. Very less margin difference between fresher and experienced forks. 3: No fitness related perks
