      Pros

      Decent commission structure if you can actually close deals and meet the quota.

      Cons

      This place is a dumpster fire. I joined Harness thinking it’d be a great opportunity but it’s been a nightmare. Management sets impossible quotas, then ghosts you when you ask for support. As a new rep, I felt like an outsider - nobody bothers to include you. Constant pressure to work late, no work-life balance, and I’m watching everyone else here burn out too. Counting the days until I can escape...

      Exceptional Executive team who are genuinely great people Culture of transparency and honest open communication from.exec team and leaders There's a culture of appreciation and celebration of team member's hard work & "wins" Company seems to be doing well firing on all cylinders and doing very well in our space Lot's of opportunity to have an impact Most all team members are friendly, fun to work with & helpful

      Depends on the manager. Non stop work culture

      Pros

      Harness is a niche product with so many services. Every service is to plug the gap in DevOps and seems to be having good customer base

      Cons

      Management shakeup recently. Your situation depends on the manager and it is a non stop work culture. High level attrition and people do not stay more than 3-4 years. Quite a few toxic micromanagers are in the company in many of the teams.
