Everyone here has a drive to be here. I hear it everyday "I have worked for various companies but never have I been more excited to be apart of something like Harness" Jyoti is a fantastic CEO and the management he has in place is phenomenal, they all are very adaptive to your management style you prefer and let you work how you want... which in return gets a better yield out of their employees. Plus they just created a monthly "off-day" which allows us to take a break from work and spend time with our families!

- Quick hiring process -- I was kept informed every step of the way -- I felt like I met a lot of relevant people in the different organizations and at different levels. -- There is a technical assessment just to ensure you can work the software. - Management is very transparent on the road map and plan. - Onboarding was good from a very engaged management team, I felt like I was welcomed and pointed in a good direction. - Overall it has the feel of a high growth startup but the people here have already solved a lot of the foundational problems.

Cons

- It's high growth, busy - Not everything is figured out, if you need rigid process for everything go someplace more established.

I have been working at Harness full-time for a little over 2 months now. - Great people: I had a smooth interview, offer, and onboarding process, and people throughout these processes were genuinely helpful and kind. - Incredible teams and products - Understands work-life balance; consistently offering up health and fitness plans to keep us healthy during work-from-home.
