      Great experience but lacks gender diversity/support

      Pros

      Strong salary, fantastic product, motivated employees, great enablement for AEs

      Cons

      Very few women (I would estimate ~10% of AEs are women, and even fewer leaders). A big factor is likely the weak parental leave policy (16 weeks compared to 20-24 at most other tech companies).

      Pace may not be for everyone, there is a lot of work to do. Scaling to become a mature company can be challenging at times.
