      Pros

      - Fantastic, fast paced, and demanding working environment - Exceptional leadership at both the Executive level (highly respected and well known CEO), but leadership at lower levels is equally impressive - Truly a tech 'unicorn' with HUGE upside - Newly renovated Dallas office - Lots of free food and happy hours, etc.

      Cons

      - We are a rapidly growing startup, thus the typical growing pains you'd expect at a start scaling at a rapid pace are certainly present - Aggressive expectations (not a con, but this position is not for the faint of heart, have to be motivated to go get it).

      It has been a pleasure to do an internship at Harness. People are very approachable, willing to help and answer all your questions. Great opportunity to interact with different departments and learn everything you want to know about the product, technology, company, and more. Healthy working environment with great company culture! It has great mentorship and growth opportunities.

      Pros

      Working in Sales Development at Harness is awesome. It is the perfect balance of autonomy and coaching, allowing team members to experiment with new methods of sales development, while simultaneously offering great coaching and guidance from seasoned industry sales leaders.

      Cons

      Aside from occasionally running out of La Croix (once a month tops), I can't think of any.
