Pros

- We are building a lot of new capabilities in our CI and CD Product lines - We are working on the cutting edge of AI, GitOps, Deployment Integrations all things that the DevOps space is pretty interested and focused on - We have some of the best leaders in the business, and industry experts leading our product and engineering teams - Customer Centric, we love our customers and we want them to feel apart of the mission so you will be working closely with them and hearing what they really want in the platform - R&D Teams in Mountain View, San Francisco are brilliant people to work with. They all worked in the valley so they have a plethora of startup and career experience. - We have teams in Bangalore, Belfast, Brazil, and Serbia who are great teammates and are true builders. They can build products from 0-1 and scale them 1-N!

Cons

- Because we are building a lot and we are a startup within startups it can be faced passed and its not for everyone - Customer centric really means we are focused on customers, this does require customer engagements, building things on the fly and pushing yourself to do more. This is again, not for everyone but is required when your building a business.

Pros

- product is transformational - pay on paper is above market - product and engineering are top

Cons

- our sales leadership doesn't understand how to sell a complicated tech product. the company has spread out into so many different directions that its become very difficult to sell and prospects just don't get it - pay on paper is above market but it is nearly impossible to even scratch quota - sales leaders seem to be all leaving right now - ICs are very overworked with loose promises of increasing hiring. Being booked with meetings all day is normalized and encouraged - "Bro" culture where ICs who fit into the culture are given a much longer leash even when they aren't qualified for this role - Many ICs are new and aren't technical enough to know how to sell Harness - Its really a pity because the tech is so good, but something doesn't seem to be working
