Work with people who are passionate about their profession Visibility and transparency at the company level is high The company vision is robust Compensation is good

Cons

Often times there is only one "you" in any specific role. This can create some pressure on the individual You cannot coast at Harness. It's a place suitable for people who enjoy healthy career related challenges.
