The team here at Harness is without a doubt the most talented with which I have ever have the privilege of working. The technology here is one of the few that deserves to be described as "disruptive".

Very cross collaborative culture . Customer first approach - customer success, product, engg - all aligned to this, fast growing company, fully transparent leadership team and founders, hands on executive team, everybody proud of the company and their roles.

Cons

Not for slackers - long work hours to cope up with the fast growth of the company.
