One of the best companies that I have ever worked for regarding their mission and desire to provide the best customer support while embracing ingenuity You will work with some of the nicest people in the industry who are truly exceptional Great benefits including free lunch on Friday's and snacks, quarterly happy hours in SF! The CEO truly cares about what the company is doing and it's mission; he holds regular Q+As bi-monthly with employees and makes a visible effort to connect

Cons

Not Much but, This is a place for hard workers and will be challenging if you aren't willing to put the time in.

Who wouldn't want to be a part of a fast-paced, high-velocity company working with a team of intelligent, fun and enthusiastic employees who are always willing to go the extra mile to meet/exceed goals and expectations? Having been the second woman to join Harness, I'm excited to see that diversity and inclusion are high on the Companies list of priorities. I'm excited to have rejoined Jyoti who is a proven founder/entrepreneur/CEO and provides us with great insight and direction.

Cons

Due to the high-velocity of growth, things are quite fluid and you have to stay on top of your game, but I don't take this as a bad thing.....I love the challenge.
