      Platform/products are best in class. TGIF (a Friday off every month), Driven team and culture (Get Ship Done!)

      None so far, but you need to be proactive and driven to work here.

      Pros

      - Decent SF/bay area-based salary - Allows fully remote - Great starting org if you're new to the tech world & the perks that come with it - 10 extra 3 day weekends (1/month, outside of Nov/Dec) - Lots of career opportunities

      Cons

      - If you've worked in any other tech org this feels exactly the same - People are blindly focused on their individual goals and generally only care about their individual perception - Antiquated, accrued PTO policy - Most departments are understaffed - Poor work-life balance - Slogan of "Get Ship Done" drives the company to greatly err on the side of surface-level accomplishments that don't actually grow the business - Poor planning - 5 Day work week
