Pros

Harness is an incredible place to work. I have learned more in the past year than any other place I have been. This is a great place to start if you are looking for a job in tech sales. I started in the San Francisco office as an SDR and was provided with incredible coaching/training on the sales process. There is proven leadership and a strong culture to promote from within. Your hard work is recognized and it's a fun environment to challenge yourself.

Cons

- This is a startup that requires hard work and has high expectations. If you are looking for a role that won't push/challenge daily this isn't for you.

Open collaboration environment and smart people. No playing political games here. Company management has open communication channels with the team. You will enjoy working here, Everyone has a common goal - help customers. Harness make product to make software deployment process painless and fun.

Cons

Non so far. Everything looks good and future is bright for Harness.

Great culture, collaborative teamwork, good work-life balance.

Cons

It's still a super small company, if you're used to larger enterprise type companies, you might find yourself surprised at how many different hats you have to wear. But, it's a great learning experience and very exciting.
