      Pros

      The people are top-notched and great to work with. Though we are remote-first, there is still a sense of connection to your team and the values of the company are not just words posted on our website. My experience has been great so far!

      -Brilliant product roadmap -Strong sense of partnership/teamwork -Talented teams who are motivated to build -Remote first -Endless opportunities to build and create change

      Cons

      -Be ready to work-No time for afternoon naps : ) -There is more work than people at this point -We operate with a decent level of ambiguity -Plans change quickly

      Pros: a) Competitive Salary and Great Stock Options b) Great Remote/WFH Policy, reimbursements and employee-first company c) Great Leadership team. (Especially Jyoti and Sri 🙂) d) So much diversity within the company along with awesome culture d) Building Cutting Edge Technologies and products e) Soon-to-be IPO company
