      Engineering for engineers means we have to upkeep a higher standard in terms of quality. It is slightly more challenging but so important to build a good and successful product.

      Harness is in a great stage right now having had an exciting first few months and a promising future. The best part about Harness right now: - The team, amazing sense of collaboration and GRIT. Everyone wants each other to succeed - Amazing relationship between sales and marketing (you wouldn’t even know they are different teams) - Opportunities for growth - Transparency, employees are given full visibility and CEO encourages employees to contribute ideas and opinion - Culture, how we want it to look like and change with growth is a frequent discussion that everyone is encouraged to be apart of shaping
