      - Employee culture(Frequent goodies, Meetups, TGIF). - Knowledgeable set of people to learn from. - Bi-weekly all hands for visibility. - Transparency

      - Budding middle management - Huge hierarchy for a growing startup - Sometimes the work get's redundant

      Work hard, work hard, play hard

      Pros

      No boring days, constant innovation, new challenges, strong growth and earning potential. The TGIF benefit is nice, as is the snack allowance. Remote first for a lot of positions is also good. Talks the DEI talk, better than industry average at walking it (still needs a lot of improvement)

      Cons

      Work life balance lacks in a lot of positions, especially in sales and engineering. Aggressive targets means constantly trying to keep pace and beat the last thing you did. No 401k match Learning and development is on you, don't expect a lot of support
